Overview
At Prime Kart, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since we sell only digital subscriptions, we offer a testing warranty only, and refunds will not be processed unless there is an error from our company as per our Refund Policy.
We provide a 30-day warranty—if your subscription gets canceled by the provider, we will cover it. However, if the cancellation occurs due to any action taken knowingly or unknowingly by the customer, we will not be responsible for a refund or coverage.
Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Software bundles
- Templates
- Subscriptions after they have been tested and activated
To process any request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds In some cases, partial refunds may be granted, depending on the specific product or situation.
Refunds
Refunds Once we receive and process your request, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank—there may be a processing delay.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace products if they are defective or not working. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@primekart.ca.
